When Karishma first started focusing on email marketing to sell her coaching services, she was overwhelmed.
Crafting a single email took her four hours, and at most, she sent two emails a month. Each email was an eight-page newsletter that was packed with information, but far too long for busy readers to digest.
To make matters worse, every time she hit send, two subscribers would unsubscribe. Promotional campaigns fared even worse, resulting in even more unsubscribes.
Karishma described her email marketing as “abysmal,” and she wasn’t wrong. Her efforts weren’t just time-consuming; they were also ineffective.
The turning point came when she realised she couldn’t keep pushing through this unsustainable system. “I just couldn’t keep up with it anymore,” she said. That’s when she decided to explore new strategies and stumbled upon resources that changed everything.

Not only did daily emails dramatically improve her engagement rates, but they also allowed her to stay top-of-mind with her audience. Subscribers began replying to her messages with enthusiasm, and some even noticed and praised her shift to more engaging content.

In addition to her regular daily emails, Karishma began running focused promotional campaigns that gave her audience a reason to act now. For instance, a Diwali campaign based on a proven framework led to 63 sales—a massive leap from the 5 sales she’d achieved in her previous campaigns.
She also used specific campaigns to book her one-on-one coaching services, resulting in her most fully booked schedule in years. At one point, she was running 14 coaching sessions per week, far exceeding her usual 5-7 sessions.

The Mindset That Made It Possible
Beyond the strategies she implemented, Karishma credits much of her success to her approach as a student. “I’m an absolute sponge,” she explained.
Instead of rushing through trainings or questioning every step of the process, she committed to following the advice to the letter before making adjustments.
She also avoided the common trap of trying to multitask or speed through content.
Rather than watching training videos at 1.5x speed, she took her time, breaking them into smaller chunks and implementing what she learned after each session. That's what allowed her to deeply understand each step and get the results with everything that she implemented.
